In MikroTik routers, slave ports aren’t independent interfaces for Layer 3 addressing. They are part of a master port and share its configuration and identity at the IP layer. Because of that, you don’t assign an IP address directly to a slave port. Instead, you place the relevant ports on a bridge (or you assign the IP to the master port or to the bridge that includes those ports). If you need separate networks, you use VLANs and create the appropriate VLAN interfaces (SVIs) on the router, then assign IPs to those interfaces.
